Returns
ATTENTION: No returns/exchanges for any Generac parts.
Most items may be returned for a credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery if returned to us in as-new condition.
Please note: a restocking fee may occur.
For a refund to apply the item itself, all packaging, manuals and original accessories must not be marked or damaged in any way.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number within the 30 days of delivery.
Any refund will NOT include the original shipping charges, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. (unless an order has been incorrectly shipped by us.)
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages (when returned).
Defective Returns
Items which are found to be defective within 30 days of the shipment date may be returned to us in exchange for a new item.
The replacement item can be sent to you at no charge when we receive the defective item, or, if you prefer, we can send you a replacement immediately (subject to availability) -- this option would require us to charge your credit card and then issue a refund upon receipt of the defective item.
All returns to you are shipped FedEx Ground/Home Delivery at no charge to you. If you wish to upgrade the shipping method you may pay the difference between our standard method and the method of your choice.
Return Procedures
The customer must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any items to us.
The Return Authorization Number must appear clearly on a copy of your Receipt enclosed with the return.
All original packaging and its COMPLETE contents must be returned in as-new, unmarked condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Please use a return shipping method that issues tracking or identification numbers, so that you can be assured that the item has been received by our Returns Department.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 days, by Mail, PayPal or original Credit Card. Shipping Fees are not refundable, unless an order has been incorrectly shipped by us.
