Shipping
- We ship to the United States only.
- All in-stock orders ship same day when ordered by 1:00 PM Central Time - Monday-Friday.
- If something is back ordered, we will contact you by email or phone.
- FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Always supply a physical address.
- Some items will ship from the manufacturers warehouse closest to the customers "Ship To" address.
- Signature will be required on all orders of $120.00 on up.
Note: FedEx will not ship items weighing over 150 lbs. Truck freight will be used for items over 150 lbs. Charges for truck freight shipping may not be able to be calculated online, but you will be notified of shipping costs as quickly as possible and will be charged only after your approval is obtained. Freight charges will vary depending on item(s) and shipping destination.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Submitting an incorrect shipping address with your order may delay delivery of your order and will likely result in additional fees.
After package(s) has been shipped: An Address Correction Fee of $22.50 (actual FedEx Rate) will be charged for each package in the shipment.
The most common mistakes made when providing us with shipping address are an incorrect zip code, wrong street number, missing apartment/suite number, and/or missing company name. In all fairness, any fees billed to us by the shipping carrier for an address correction or delivery change after the order ships will be billed to you.
To help prevent or avoid order delivery delays, additional fees, please double check the shipping address prior to submitting your order.
